Tropicana hosts the Planet Rose Great American Karaoke Challenge weekly in the Tiffany Lounge. It's a chance to "earn" your place as a paid professional in a future revue show at the Tropicana. Every Sunday, contestants will belt out their favorite tunes, karaoke-style. To enter, sign up between 3-4pm the day of the competition. Competitions take place from 4-8pm until Sept. 5. Sixteen weekly winners will be in the finals Sunday, Sept. 18, in the Tropicana Showroom. In addition, eight "wild card" participants will round out the number for a total of 24 finalists.
